13 August 2025 –
We want to increase the number of people who know about and support LandWorks.
Community support is vital to LandWorks ongoing success – as advocates, volunteers, customers, donors and for all the goodwill it generates for our trainees and the charity.
We want more people to know that there is a better way to work with people in the criminal justice system and to help make the case for change.
To help achieve this we are asking you – our existing supporters – to help spread the word about LandWorks.
In particular, we would like you to encourage people you know who might be interested in what we do to visit our website and sign up for our regular mailing list.
www.landworks.org.uk/get-involved/become-a-supporter/
As a little incentive, if you manage to get three or more new people to sign up by 30th September, we will enter you into a draw to win a coveted LandWorks garden bench!
We will be doing this largely on trust (trust is important at LandWorks!) – just email us at info@landworks.org.uk when you think you have reached 3 or more newly signed-up supporters and we will enter you into the draw*
THANK YOU!
* For clarity, we have set some simple Terms and Conditions:
- The closing date is midnight Tuesday 30th September 2025.
- To enter: email info@landworks.org.uk with a short email confirming that you have signed-up 3 or more new people for our supporters mailing list. Please do not list the people’s names.
- The draw is open to all existing supporters (but not to staff and trustees of the charity and their immediate family – child, parent, grandchild, grandparent, brother or sister, spouse or civil partner)
- The prize is a LandWorks garden bench. Unfortunately, we can’t cover the cost of delivery. And unfortunately, there are no cash alternatives to the prize.
- Absolutely no purchases at all required to be involved in this promotion.
- The prize draw winner will be chosen at random within a week of the closing date and will be notified using the email address of their entry. You will have a month to acknowledge the win.
- We may ask if you would give permission to use your name (and perhaps a photograph) in publicity about the draw, but you are completely free to say no – no pressure at all!
