Trainees are involved in every stage of growing our produce: From preparing the ground; to sowing the seeds; to nurturing their growth; and preparing them for the Market Garden Stall. Our Market Gardener Monika Kroll works with trainees to encourage sustainable growing and a no-dig policy.
